(Also: The argument that COVID isn’t a big deal because other causes are (were) more deadly is ridiculous on its face anyway, because COVID deaths are additive. It’s not like we swapped 100,000 murders for 50,000 COVID deaths so, yay, net win. All the other causes happened, AND ALSO all these people are dying from COVID. FFS. 🙄)
